Default NLCASH overpair on flop, board gets a bit scary

Varde (Heads Up) 0.25/0.50, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

Button Hero ($72.85)
BB ($44)

Preflop: Hero is on the Button with T T
Hero raises to 1.25, BB calls 1.

Flop (3.00) 2 4 6
BB bets 1.50, Hero raises to 5, BB calls 3.50.

Turn (13.00) Q
BB checks, Hero bets 8, BB calls 8.

River (29.00) 6
BB moves all-in for 29.50, 1 fold

Not played many hands with villian but they are pretty loose preflop, and semi-loose/passive postflop.

i probably check turn/call any river. there aren't many worse hands that are calling you on the turn, but a lot will bluff the river if they whiff

i'd jam flop and turn a bit more so you have an easier river shove. if hes passive folding is probably best on the river, but im a huge station and cry everytime i have to fold a reasonable hand. thats like the worst card in the deck though.

I like the turn bet. there are a lot of draws out there as well as lower cards that villain didn't hit.

I play it the same way and fold the river
