I think this is a fold. He's not raising for value here without the nuts. He's either bluffing or has the deuce and I don't think he bluffs often enough.

More importantly I think you should c/c the river. The chances are pretty high he's drawing and has no chance to win without betting so you can pick up a lot of bluffs here. As played what could your opponent possibly have that calls this value bet on the river? A mid-size PP maybe...

Was thinking same thing, AA+KK+QQ would make 2s full of aces/kings/queens, OP hand is Jacks full of deuces.

I fold given the loose passive profile. Unraised preflop and the action is very consistent with a scared 2 till the river... hwen for obvious reasons he's no longer scared.
