Crypto RB - referring a friend

Need some help w/ this :

a friend of mine plans to play two Crypto skins ( Sun & Inter )for their monthly $200 bonus @ 5 MPP and since he'd like to get rb in addition he asked me to refer him to an affiliate.

RB wise offers seem to be the same w/ any affiliate, as well as the %ual monthly RAF comission. Two extras I found were :

TITN - Stox video access ( had to sign up )
RakeRebate - $ 50 RAF bonus
RTR - freerolls ( not much of a tourney player )

So far RakeRebate seems to be the way to go.
