Re: awkward 2pr spot
hmmm well passive nitty players are the absolute worst hu (no cards = small pots & long session) & not 3betting light i think we can really narrow his range. And overshoving just verifies nutpeddling as well as the ability to not play (yeah obv i know). I dont think he tries to bluff you out of pots.
Anyway against this type of player, this is a tricky spot b/c imo on this board with this action it is a marginal hand. So first, why donk the flop? Makes it harder also imo. After that I call turn, and fold river ... then puke and then run hot against this station. |

Re: awkward 2pr spot
I call as played. But I think folding turn is slightly better.
edit: Didn't realize you had TWO PAIR. Snap call obv |

Re: awkward 2pr spot
I think you can call rather confidently. Any AxXx is in his range here, and his line doesn't look like AK, AA or KK. A5 or A10 are the only hands I would be worried about. It would be easier had you raised the turn or r/r the flop.

Re: awkward 2pr spot
I wouldn't fold this heads up. If it was six max against a similar type of player then the argument for folding could be a lot stronger. It would be a really sick fold if you were correct that he has you beat.
