pretty sure he is betting the turn with JJ+ a ton.

[/ QUOTE ]

almost always I would HOPE, unless he hates money

he could be going for stack-a-donk, but villain isn't a donk

[/ QUOTE ]

Pretty sure OP was going to bet turn before he picked up a draw, so idk if stack-a-donk would have been so bad.

Shove I think, looks like you're representing nothing except for a boat or a random backdoored flush. I haven't ever played with him though but I would assume he is capable of making plenty of hero calls etc. 3/4 pot or something is fine too.

Given that you believe PF and flop are profitable (can't judge on that, don't know villain!), I'd make a pot commiting turn bet (unless you believe you can call a "blank" river, then def. check).

Fold pre-flop.
As played, bet 1/2 of the pot, expect him to think you're bluffing, call his all in shove.
Stack chips.
Smile wide.

FWIW, having little FE and being behind the rest of the time implies that the flop call was pretty terrible (unless we think we do have a lot of FE if a card scarier than a 5 hits). I think part of WhiteRabbit's point was that either we're ahead or have high FE enough of the time to justify the flop call (in which case we should usually be inclined to bet the turn), or we had no business calling on the flop.

Is SB FGators? If so, you should shove.
