I'm still waiting for just over $11k to be put back into my account. Currently it's only showing as $4500 'Real money at tables', which is what I brought to the table.

I've actually emailed them a detailed screenshot of the money I had at the table when they went down last night, but have not received a reply yet.

Edit: Oops, there was a mistake in the poll. Ignore the >30k text in options 2,3 and 4. Sorry.

Is anyone else scared that once UB comes back, everyone will withdraw at once, and UB won't have the money available to pay everyone?

UB is finally up and running again and they've got plenty of people at the cash tables. but all tourneys have pretty much been pulled. i looked last night and the GNTD tourneys were getting about 1/2 the # needed to breakeven for the house, so I think UB pulled them all to stop losing money on them.

Now the latest, the site come up, but will not allow log-in. Error box say Log-in request not successfully processed.

They really are acting like a company in trouble. They keep sending promotional e-mails, but nothing to calm fears about their problems.

All of my missing money is now accounted for and I just got an email from UB saying:

Dear xxxxxxxxx,

You were sitting at the xxxxxx table earlier when something happened during or after hand number xxxxxxxx. When there is a problem at a table, it 'freezes' your chips at that table until we can research further. We have finished conducting our research and have verified that all chips at the table were accounted for, and returned to the correct player.

At the start of that hand you had xxxxx. That amount has been returned to your account.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am waiting on 11 dollars to be returned to my account. The tourney I was playing was cancelled and we didn't get a refund!

I requested $9,000 on the 28th with I can't count how many follow up emails. WTF gives!!!

Does anyone have any clue where their physical location is or a phone number?
