I find it pretty hard to believe that these kinds of mistakes haven't happened more often already, especially sites like FTP where you hit "ok" and there's no confirmation or anything on the transfer. Stars at least has a minimal level by letting you check the city name of the receiver before confirming, but I think Party's system of making you put in the first and last name is probably best for preventing mistakes.
Also, DJ has a really awesome kitten, so that's one advantage he has over the copycat douchenozzle.
