Strange Party .dll files on my desktop?

Since the new party update, I had gotten a file consistently put on my desktop when I opened party, llh.dll. In the last couple of days, I get a second one now, DM.dll. Anyone know what these are and why they keep showing up? Deleting them doesnt seem to be a problem, but they are annoying to have to delete every time I open party.

I get the same file, but I also get an error when closing party so I assumed that's why it's there.

No errors for me on closing, but I dont delete the files until Ive closed Party.

Short story is it's how PP spies on you.
