Default getting started in NL... 2 superstandard hands

hello all. bear with me as i figure out some common NL situations.

assume unknown villains for both hands.

hand 1 - $100 NL 6max

I raise QQ to $4, button reraises to $12, blinds fold i call (?)
Flop comes J74 two diamonds (i have one), what's the standard line here? also, push preflop? we both have $100 stacks btw.

Hand 2 - $100 NL 6max
SB has a $26 stack.
Button minraises, SB calls, I have AKo in the BB and reraise to $8, button folds, SB calls.

Flop is Qxx rainbow and i bet SB's last $18 when he checks to me. is this a spot to not cbet?

1st hand is tough but I prob crai. In the second hand I honestly would just raise to $26 pf, it sounds dumb but that's what I do because I hate post flop play against short stacks
