StarTracker - H10B fix
It wasn't Y2K, but H10B which broke the MyTable at StarTracker. The program wouldn't work properly after Stars dealt the 10 billionth hand. MyTable wouldn't show anybody at your table. It has been fixed, just download the client again.
Sorry for the inconvenience. |

Re: StarTracker - H10B fix
I can't get any results when I search in the Stars section for less than 9-player tables. I tried entering 6, then 7, then 8 players but zero search results. I was hoping to be able to see who the top 6-max players are.

Ok, I see the same thing. I'll have to look into it further. Thanks for the issue.

StarTracker - 6-Max Stars fixed
The problem was that the 6-max tourneys are named "6-handed NL Hold'em" and "6-handed Turbo NL Hold'em". The Query for the Stars page only looked at tourneys which were called "NL Hold'em" and "Turbo NL Hold'em".
The query for the top 6-max players works now. Just to cut to the chase... It looks like AtrainPSU is the best 6 handed turbo player with more than 200 games. |

Re: StarTracker - Sit&Go Database for PokerStars
We have fixed the database for Turbos and 6-max descriptions and buyins/fees.
You should see correct buyins and fees for the 6-max and turbo Sit&Gos, and you should not see any blank Table Types. The changes were made to the old data already in the database, and all new data loaded will be correct from now on. |

Re: StarTracker - Sit&Go Database for PokerStars
We have made quite a few fixes and enhancements to StarTracker over the last couple of months. The site is faster than it was before, and results are consistently posted within 2 hours of the completion of the Sit&Go.
The tournament results page is over 50x faster, and regular player queries are at least twice as fast. Also, more fixes to fee calculations have gone in. 10% fees were assumed if fee was less than 5% of buyin. This proved to be not a good test of data integrity, as the many of the higher buyins have a fee less than 5%. By popular demand, the green background has been replaced by a black background. And if you like these results databases, you should check out a thread here which makes a proposal on how to keep results databases from collecting info: 2+2 Thread on Anonymous UserIDs and Lee Jones proposal supported by... Re: StarTracker - Sit&Go Database for PokerStars
I can't seem to get any results from the "Stars" Tab.
I entered various data but am getting blanks, I thought maybe it was just my browser (Opera) but it didn't work in Internet Exploder either. P.S. Player results don't work in Opera but do work in Exploder and Firefox. |

Re: StarTracker - Sit&Go Database for PokerStars
Here is a URL which will show you the players with the Top ROI for 180 person sit&gos, at least 200 played, avg buyin $15-$20
N Players is number of players in the sit&go you want stats for. Sometimes players drop down to the $4 and that pulls their average buyin down for the 180s. These players played a majority of the $20 ones. The link will only work if you have registered with the site. I'll look into Opera and see why it doesn't work. It is basic HTML so it should be fine. |

Re: StarTracker - Sit&Go Database for PokerStars
Thanks afrokeys!
We were missing some single table results during peak hours so we added another computer. This has increased our capture rate tremendously as we are missing less than 10 sit&gos a night (avg > 1000 s&gs/hr at peak). A user mentioned that we were missing the $6+0.6 6-max completely. We just added those and we also added $3+0.25 turbo multis to the list of those we are capturing. |
