Why the gay river bet? Your line is really weird (limp/call UTG, check flop, lead big on blank turn and lead small on paired river) and weirdness begets weirdness so it's very hard to judge villain's range.

Anyway, I think check-call river. There's nothing worse that should pay you off here so catch bluffs.

I agree that check/calling is the 2nd best option. I'd probably be calling a 2/3's pot bet or less if I went this route.

Reg,

You don't think JJ-KK will pay off on the river? I thought they might, which I why I bet the small amount on the river. I thought they'd fold to a 1/2 pot bet or more.

I think the question is, is he shoving a pocket pair here around 1/3 of the time? I think worse aces are unlikely holdings.

Does it get this simple?

AK,AQ,AJ,AT,TT,AA= 32 ways to make
KK,QQ,JJ = 15 ways to make

I did this quick so I might be off

15/32= 46%

That still leaves the question if JJ-KK plays it this way. But if we can assign that range to villian 100% of the time it is interesting.

i like everything but pf and a rivercall. for the reasons said (ie value from pairs between 10 n A) and cause limpcalling in EP is like the worst, most transparent crap i could think of.

Did you account for the fact that I have an A and a J in my hand and that there is an A on the board? If so, it looks good to me.
