Default 1-2 live AQ Turn spot: trips and flush draw

game is 8 handed. Hero in the SB with ~$700. General image is LAG, play aggressively preflop as first in, play somewhat passive if a raise in front of me. Play very aggressively postflop. Villain in the hand is UTG and somewhat tight. His aggression usually comes after he is strong. Has ~$600.

UTG, UTG+1 limp, MP1 and MP2 fold, CO and BTN limp, I raise to $12 with AdQh. UTG calls, BTN calls, everyone else out

flop comes Ah9h3h (pot ~ $42)

I check, UTG bets $20, BTN folds, I raise to $40 and UTG calls.

Turn Ac (board Ah9h3hAc, pot ~$122)

I bet $60, and he pushes for ~$400 more. Pot now contains $240 and it is $400 to go. What are your thoughts on his range here? Is the flush draw ever live? Are we ahead now?

How smart is villain? If dumb call, if not fold. Flopline sucks. bet and try to get it in on the flop.

any elaboration? if he is dumb what is he pushing with? if he is smart what is he pushing with? and why would you want to get it in on the flop 300bb deep with TP 2nd kicker on a monotone board

If he's dumb: he's pushing any A or the Kh.
If he's smart: he's pushing any full house hoping you call with any ace/flush.
You get it in on the flop, because that's where you have the most equity against his range. You try to get it in on the flop in live play because live players are teh suck.
