$100 NL. Pretty new to 6-max
relevant info:
SB is pretty tight. we've been playing about 20 orbits and he's only shown down 3 hands so far. all solid winners. BB is quite loose. plays most any two out of the blinds to a single PF raise. hasn't gotten too out of line post flop. my image: if they've been paying attention, they'd see that i've been mixing it up quite a bit. one orbit earlier, i had A,A back to back. once limped and flat called a PF raise. showed down a winning set. second time open raised and over shoved a small stack's 3 bet. the hand right before this one i open back raised A,Kss and c-bet a flopped flush draw with 2 overs, then checked down and won. Re: NL $100. Pretty new to 6-max
You will be a winning player if you never fold a set on the flop, and I can not see any reason why this flop should be any different. You played it fine, call and win the hand the majority of the time.

Re: NL $100. Pretty new to 6-max
Try to get out of the habit of open-limping in 6-max games - it's generally not a good policy - there are lots of posts explaining why around the forums. This hand is a super-standard shove, insta-shove, hellmuth-shove etc. for just over one buyin.

Re: NL $100. Pretty new to 6-max
Not sure what the question is here...
1) Raise PF, as has been said 2) Do victory dance when you see the flop and the flop action 3) Make sure you hit the call button before you time out (very important you don't dance too long) |
