Hand 1 you have to c-bet the way you played it PF. Hand 2 I'd check w/2 opponents. Hand 3 looks like a toss up, but I'd probably check since you don't have any spades.

*grunch*
Hand 1 i flat call from button, we don't need to win it preflop as we can take it down in position. I just check behind on that scary board. Hand 2, you have to c-bet about 2/3 pot. Hand 3 check/fold.

It's probably worth mentioning Villain in hand 1 is a confirmed idiot and that his UTG raise does not necessarily represent much strength.

1) I just call preflop.
As played, c-bet the flop.
As played check the turn behind, you now have quite a few outs to the nuts

2) c-bet t300ish

3) check, probably call a moderate bet / fold to a large one

This is a good thread for me; I'm guessing AK early is the cause of a few leaks in my game... here's my responses, feel free to criticize:

1. Really call pf? Could the rationale for this be elaborated upon? Apart from the read, I c-bet the flop about 1/2 pot. Check the turn for what Rex said.
2. I like sometimes checking and sometimes raising, depending on the players and my image.
3. I usually raise 1/2 pot here as the PFR and button will often call this with low pockets or AT+.. is this a leak?

you're calling preflop in hand one because this isn't cash and reraising PF is committing you to the hand unnecessarily against donks with a drawing hand.
