Default Kill hand in 2/4 game.

This was a kill hand where all of the rounds of betting were 5 dollars. The kill was on the big blind and the first position player called. The second player who always raises on kill hands raises and 3 folds to me I have AdQdKsQs. Is it right to reraise this guy and try to isolate? I just called and lost to a flush after a KcQcTs7c5c board and some idiot shows 9c6c3d7s.

The "idiot" is obviously there to gamble. Does he play every kill no matter the action? He may not have folded to a 3-bet. When I play live at the lower limits I find there are a few players that can't be chased from a kill pot preflop. Also, you may not want to commit to much to a hand you will often be junking on the flop.
