Default Foxwoods low limit

villian was an old indian/asian man who seemed to be playing tight.

1-2, he raises to $12 from the button, (normal size raise for our game) i call w/ 9 10

flop comes 3 6 8 rainbow,I check he puts in 25, I raise for his entire stack, about 70 more figuring he missed the flop and i have 2 overs to the board and a gut shot. He calls w/ AK. What went wrong?

I'm not sure this is relevant.

People play really loose at1/2 NL at FW.

Also, strategy posts should go in the forum: micro stakes NL.

older gentlemen generally play stronger hands and are easier to push off hands, or so is my perception. the race part i guess was not necessary

I would have called too. You obviously didn't have a big pair and probably wouldn't risk a free card with 8's, and wouldn't bet it all on 6's or 3's. since you're unpaired A-K trumps whatever you have.
