Default Straight on a paired board.

This guy capped A3o before pre-flop and seems like a standard LAG who doesn't get too out of line post flop except maybe overplaying whiffed overcards. UTG is also loose aggressive and seems to be making random bets. He donk bet into two raisers before with Q high and then called down.

IMO ... calling is better than raising here, as UTG will be overcalling almost always

the only way raising can be good is if MP will 3bet a worse hand

Calling the river is a lot better than raising. If you raise, you shut out all the hands that are behind but would have called for 1 bet. You'll allow a 3-bet from anyone with a hand that beats you, and that is disasterous as you must call with the pot being so huge, even though a bare J will almost never 3-bet here.

This is a textbook example of when to call to induce overcalls. Too many things can go wrong when you raise this river, and you also don't lose value from not raising.

Push the middle button,
If you're beat, say:

Don't go on tilt for three days,
Earn some sklansky bucks and bank them bucks buy skanky [censored] to spank their butts and wank their [censored] then thank me much,

I think the turn is an interesting decision; MP call-capped. I don't think he has one pair on the flop and I think you're drawing dead most of the time on the turn.
