What do you guys think I should be eating for breakfast? I seriously have no time, I just wake up, get dressed, and drive to work in downtown. If I bring something to go I could eat it at work, though. We have a toaster and microwave oven.

Also, after my workout I am sweating pretty heavily and pretty tired (sweat actually covers my shirt and is dripping lightly). Doing a 1 mile run after this is not enough? Because you guys are right, it only takes about 10 minutes.

Thanks, I truly appreciate it and I will try to reformat my workout so it doesn't suck.

Donkaments,

Hold your breath and do 100 jumping jacks. My guess is you will pretty tired, and sweating. Also you may pass out - pretty intense workout eh!

Also, wait you can run 1 mile in only 10 minutes!?! Holy crap Mr. El Guerrouj!

Donk,

Make eggs and fruit the night before or bring a can of oats to work and leave it there. Just get something down.

If you have very little time for breakfast, prepare stuff the night before. I get a peanut butter sandwhich made adn in the fridge the night before, Get some apples, hardboil some eggs. All can be done to give you plenty of time to get ready.

When it comes to food the "I have no time excuse doesnt work"

As for workouts why reformat? scrap it and just take one of the formats in the FAQ. It will be better than anything you make.
