Default 50NL- Isolation correct ?

I think I have to try to isolate here , but just wanted to make sure in case I'm wrong.
read: UTG is LPA

Game Type: Hold'em
Blinds $0.25/$0.50
Button is at seat 4
BB: - $4
UTG: - $20.11
CO: - $75.07
BTN (Hero): - $55.75
SB: - $77.65

Dealing [A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]] to Hero

UTG calls $0.50
CO folds
Hero raises to $2.25
SB folds
BB raises to $4 (all-in)
UTG calls $3.50

Hero raises to $55.75 (all-in)

Nah, don't like it. AQo isn't good enough to shove into a 3-bet (and called) pot. Tons of people make min or near-min 3-bets with AA and KK because they think they can "suck" you in.

I probably just flat ass fold this, and I'd flat call with a PP and try to hit a set to stack UTG (and he's not even deep, so even this may not be good in this instance)

What? We clearly have to call here at least. BB is doing this with all kinds of crap, he has 8BB. UTG we likely have beat. I don't know why he'd playing so slow with AA or KK here... I'd throw in a raise to $12 or so (for value).

Yes, considering stacks, you should be isolating with this. UTG has only what, 16 or something left?
