Default NL100: 77 Iso Attempt Fails - Now I Have to Play Poker

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $260.65
BB: $47.95
UTG: $111.35
Hero (UTG+1): $124.25
MP1: $137.75
MP2: $15.00
MP3: $268.15
CO: $125.70
BTN: $15.50

Reads: MP2 is a poor laggy player. SB seems pretty good.

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9 Players)
UTG folds, Hero calls $1.00, MP1 folds, MP2 raises to $3.00, 3 folds, SB calls $2.50, BB folds, Hero raises to $15.00, MP2 calls all-in for $12.00, SB calls $12.00

Flop: ($46) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players - 1 All-In)
SB checks, Hero bets $20.00, SB calls $20.00

Turn: ($86) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players - 1 All-In)
SB checks,

Well. I tried the iso play, and it didn't work. I thought $15 would do it, but perhaps it needed to be larger. No matter the amount, the play is obvious to sb.

At any rate, I got to the flop and he c/ced. With an all in player there and the action, I'm giving villain something like 88-JJ...maybe AK..idk.

I guess that would mean I have to bet the turn, right?

Honestly, I am shutting down after the flop. Betting again is barely +EV at best.

If he checks again on the river and it is relatively safe, you can fire out if you are feeling frisky, but I would probably check behind.

Preflop is pretty terrible. Why are you isolating OOP?

I'd just check the flop.

However, as played, bluff shove the turn.

If there wasnt a guy all in, youd be betting for more money...if it was heads up, you should fire away and ideally 88-JJ hands that were worried about an overpair and hoping you had just AK are really conerned.
In this hand, Id give up.

i would bluff shove this turn too. SB must have a hand, and it is most likely TT-QQ, and less likely AA/KK (these are possible, and if your turn shove gets called that's what he has). AA/KK would usually reraise somewhere, but i have donks deep limp AA/KK with position. Your PF 3-bet really does the work for AA/KK here.

the turn K is good in some sense. he may/may not fold JJ/QQ to a shove, but also his range of KK/AA is now pretty dominant.

edit: shoving is pretty horrible too. if you had 100 bb then this would be ok, but with 125 bb this is a crappy situation.

wish you bet more on the flop, then a turn shove would work out better.

You're going to have to help me a bit more PF Sabr.

My thoughts were this way.

I limp because I'm a limper. The short sucky lag raises semi-small. The sb comes along for a cheapish flop. It folds to me. I probably have a better hand than the sucky lag, and since the sb isn't crazy about his hand, he'll probably fold to a decent raise.

So...I guess it's an iso reraise. I'm not concerned about position, because I"m planning on being all in.

What am I missing?

For the record, I checked the turn.

The river came up a J, and sb checked again.

I thought about betting, but figured I was screwed at this point and checked it down.

I just check the flop, people don't fold overpairs.

Anyone else think the PF reraise is horrible?
