At these stakes there are often players who play exactly the same no matter what; they don't adjust and they play badly enough that their tilt is no different from their normal play. Against these players you can make a case for bet/folding the flop if they call with flush draw and raise trips, but otherwise pot and call vs all but the most passive people.
