I discovered YHF first and I really liked a couple of songs, gave the rest of the album a chance and it really grew on me. Next I listened to A Ghost is Born and it was even better. Being There and AM are both very good, but not on par with the newer records in my opinion. Sky Blue Sky is a great addition, but it took a few plays for me to really appreciate it.

I always thought that A Ghost is Born was my favorite, but thinking about it now, I think I like Summerteeth better over all. My very favorite tracks are on Ghost, but Summerteeth has 12 great songs on it.

The live album Kicking Television is tremendous, but I think it would be better if you had already become familiar with studio versions of the songs.

Wilco also has some great songs and covers that do not appear on any albums. They are one of my absolute favorite bands and I listen to them a lot.
