Any way to watch The Office online?

I havent seen a single episode of Season 3 (have always watched the Office on Dvd). But supposely S3 isnt coming out for a couple months, I was wondering if there was a way to watch full length episodes online, or if my only options are buying them on itunes for 2 bucks an episode, or watching 10 minutes of an episode on youtube instead of the whole thing.
