I don't think he was saying that though. The girl in the pic he put up was I thought generally known to be on steroids. There are tons of pics of her out there, and she has prominent bicep veins and thick shoulders and arms, as well as an extremely square jaw. A lot of her photo shoots are all about toning down her muscularity, not heightening it. You'd notice it, I'm sure, if you were standing next to her in a supermarket line or whatever.
I like athletic women too, but it's definitely possible to look masculine if you go too far, and it's definitely true that steroids are common with women fitness competitors.
