No, it isn't. Go back and read his post. He's saying he will add in more weaker hands just because of a small bit of dead money. If he isn't raising them without the extra blind, he should not be raising them with it.

Tell me you're kidding. Analysing NL cash as "fundamentally a battle for the blinds" is a good way to send yourself to the poorhouse.
