Raymond Rahme has the button in seat 7, Philip Hilm raises from the cutoff to 480,000, Lee Childs calls from the small blind, and Tuan Lam calls from the big blind. There is already 1.54 million in the pot.

The flop comes {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, and all three players check. The turn card is the {9-Clubs}, and they check again. The river card is the {7-Diamonds}, and they check again.

Childs shows {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} for a pair of threes, Lam shows {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for a pair of nines, and Hilm mucks. Tuan Lam wins the pot worth 1.54 million

lol checkcheckcheckaments

The only thing ESPN will focus on is "ooh look AK vs. 88 ALL IN" who will win? Which cards will come on the flop? Will he spike an "amazing" 8 on the river? That is what they see as the most important aspect of the game.

I don't know, didn't respond because it seemed obvious the poster couldn't read English.

I really want to see if ESPN catches this and focuses on this type of play as it *may* affect next years' WSOP ME (One can only hope, right?).

[/ QUOTE ]

Why on earth would you want ESPN focusing on anything that resembles correct play? I want Norman Chad convincing people there's nothing else they could do when they call off their whole stack with second pair and a jack.

[/ QUOTE ]

That doesn't even merit a response so ignore this.

It seems like nobody is playing back at Watkinson who looks to be stealing the blinds like every hand.

Wow, Yang rode that M of 4 for about 90 minutes, then doubles through a couple times and might FT.

Well played, sir.

Long-range plus from blind stealing a much bigger plus for an experienced player than the risk of getting too involved in a hand with the worst of it.

I found some problems with that sentence. Comas and periods are allowed here.
