Default Re: 22/14 vilain... river call?

this is kinda close. villain could have easily missed his flush draw and be betting the K thinking it was a scare card to whatever you're holding.

he could also easily have a K in his hand even if he was drawing the whole way, such as KJ, or K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. slow played set is also possible, although, he probably raises that somewhere before the river given the draw heavy nature of the board. A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] is also in his range here.

i just don't see much we're beating here, maybe 67s, missed hearts. we're facing a big river bet from someone who we don't know much about..i lead towards folding

I think a missed draw, or a queen is much more likely.

i'm pretty sure a Q will usually just check this river to showdown. and if he has a Q, the only Q we're ahead of is QJ, maybe Q9s...

What do you think the Villans range is preflop? The way he plays this doesn't seem like he's ahead at the river and to base your judgement off his numbers after only 65 hands is ludacris in my opinion...

WTF are you talking about? KJ (unless it's of hearts) will almost never show up here, unless he's a habitual floater. And we have the Ace of hearts.

relax...i thought KJ flopped an open ender, and of course i didn't notice we had the A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]...these facts make it closer to a call, but i'm still not sold on the fact that this is a snap call.
