4 handed, 5-10 Me and Villan have equivalent 1400.
Villan is playing pretty tight, with my history I havent seen him make any large bluffs or get outta line.
Im on the button. Villan raises 35, loose/bad player calls, I pot to 145. Villan repots to 365 Hero?
I think this spot is pretty marginal, I could push and hope hes going a little aggro with AK or 99/TT, but I feel like I might be crushed half the time.

With your read, I fold. I think an argument could be made for cold-calling PF and using position against the loose/bad player.

With the given read I think a fold is fine here. He has to think you're not re-raising too light with the fish in since it would make more sense to flat-call most of your 'speculative' range.
