There are merits to both calling and raising. If you raise then I wouldn't fold to a shove so if thats the line you were taking then calling is the way to go.

I like a raise here personally. Worst thing that could happen is that he reraises and I don't mind getting all my chips in on this flop at all.

call, the villan is loose and might jam on us with a wide range of holdings, we have a good hand in poisition, take a turn and see what he does. On the turn we will have a ton of options.

Fold I think is out of the question. He's laying you some great odds to call. I'd say put in a healthy raise to see where you stand now, or take the more conservative route of just calling and seeing what the turn brings. My vote would be raising here, I like to see where I stand now rather than calling and being in a guessing situation.
