You did not misread. He raised over 4 limpers PF.

The guy was very weak tight, it would be a big surprise for him to raise less than AQ, TT.

tons of cards kill your action or your hand

Not sure what you mean here. Could you clarify? AA3, the turn will not bring any flushes or straights to kill action.

Anyone with an A has the potential to counterfeit your full house. I like the flop check/raise.

Thanks for all of the responses. I needed a check and will change my play in the future.

Generally I don't post my results, but ACG2x asked for them and I think they are instructive as to the quality of play that we are up against in live limit HE. So you will find them below in white:

button shows QQ??? and mumbles something about how he was stuck to see the river in this big pot, LOL! and the 40ish guy shows KJo!?!?!?! double LOL- betting into the field when he made the straight

mrcunningham, someone has ax here most of the time. any high card can pair their kicker giving them a higher boat than you. and any low card can pair it too plus the pot is already raised pf multiway. cr the flop and go from there and hope you don't get run down

For those who have read the results, read below in white-

LMAO at K-J for the Hispanic guy. To be honest, that was my first thought as to what he held and was going to post it then second guessed myself and said "no way, nobody could be that dumb to call down with K high then bet a paired board with tons of action on the river". Guess I should follow the SS1 advice of go with your first read.

Q-Q from the Button was pretty standard.
