Leads me to believe that either

A) youve never eaten at WH
OR
B) they never called you back for an interview

all,

When I was taking AS and in the off season, I would eat waffle house 5x/week late at night. I attribute my former weight of 275 pounds to a nightly regimen of:

triple hashbrowns, scattered well
triple cheese
three cheesesteaks (minus the cheese) on top of the hashbrowns
triple onions
double jalapenos

+

3 eggs over medium with grits and toast
one waffle

I would often take a [censored] the next morning that was so big it needed it's own zip code.

And the people you see in there....they're a culture all their own.

Waffle House isn't that great. It's really cheap, but I've been to a ton of random diners that are much better for late night drunk food.

Agree with all the people ripping this statement to shreds.
Respect for d10 out the window over this one.
Very much second Niss's notion to make saying something like this a bannable offense because it's just so ridiculously incorrect.

Waffle House beats Denny's in every single respect.

Also, definitely dig the Waffle House promotional songs.
Waffle Doo Wop, Waffle House Woman and Good Food Fast FTW!!!!

Wow, I've been missing out. I think there is a Waffle House between Baltimore and Atlantic City, so I might stop by one the next time I go to AC. Hopefully I'll remember the camera.

What should a newbie avoid here? Steaks? Burgers? Pork Chops? Chili? Anything?

One must get the cheesy eggs at least once. They do something to the eggs and/or cheese that make the consistency wonderfully gooey. I have been unable to replicate it at home. Usually get apple butter with the toast in this dish, too.

I eat at WH all the time. The closest Denny's is 50 miles away. Where I grew up it was the other way around. I ate at Denny's twice on my recent Vegas road trip and was reminded of how much better it is.
