This is a solid post with some great examples. My only comment as a 10NL and 25NL online player and a 100NL and 200NL live player would be that in most microstakes NL games these types of reads are not applicable. Generally you will find yourself playing against stupid donkeys looking to get there money in fast. At 50NL+ I definately like your thinking though. Good post, holla.
