What stakes live do these guys generally play? Like 100/200 NL? Im playing the Commerce 20/40 NL game now and there are some much stronger players than Ive ever encountered before, but I dont think they're on the level of these guys.

i've played a ton of hours with tran and thaler, both are very very good but i'd rather book kenny's action.
that being said i dont really mind having either one in my game because they just play super solid and while i wont prolly get much money from em, they aren't going to be playing a ton of pots, 3-betting light, floating, or doing things to make my life miserable.

the guy i really hate to have in my game is bobby hoff.
he plays a higher variance brand of poker and kenny prolly has way less swings and a higher earn but bobby is way tougher to play against.

however let me say that i think a big part of this is that often kenny manages to get whatever big fish is in the game to just totally donk all their chips to him so he doesn't really need to do anything fancy.

i'm assuming that when he played in the 500/1K game he changed his style to fit the tougher players.

LOL why? He's playing with Farha and Benyamine and LaLiberte, sounds like a fish-trapping style is perfect.

who is that bald-headed 25 (or so) year old kid who grinds the 25/50 NL games at bellagio, maybe even 50/100, wears glasses and has shaved head, he seems pretty good, and I kno that 10/20 is a little low, but that kid who looks like a holocaust victim, and has funny ears and always wears a detroit tigers hat, he always mops up, he just buys in like 10k and takes all the fish for their money, 10/20 can be so profitable because a lot of retired old farts can afford to donk off there

Kenny Tran has way too many leaks compared to Alaei and Thaler

[/ QUOTE ]

What makes you say that? I'm pretty sure Kenny is top 3 NL earners at Commerce, and doesn't have any known leaks.
