He was going for a c/c Clayton, and yeah A or K hi flush could easily play it this way. Don't know if I can fold though.

Oh you mean on the river? Gets more money in, vs. some hands that would either bet or call but never raise.

induce a bluff; if you lead out, small flushes might just call, but if you c/r a small flush most players aren't good enough to fold them

I went for the c/r bcs I think they both have air most of the time, and that on this board the hands that call a bet will v-bet most of the time and may pay off a raise from me, and since I figure myself for the nuts, once they bet I dont really care if they fold almost always, might as well give them a chance to make a mistake.
