Is the Falls the place on Cambridge? I think I stayed there for a month, $800/mo. No bugs. Really cheaply furnished one-bedroom. About like a Motel 6 with a kitchen. Convenient to everything. But I'd rather do a bit better, which would probably mean getting a room in a house, but those rarely are 1-month eligible, and entail having some relationship with a stranger, and might annoy normal people who can't relate to a daysleeper lifestyle. Still, it's better (cleaner, safer, quieter, cheaper) than the strip Budget Suites.
