i think u should bet more on the flop; and check river behind, cause he did c/c two bets, so only better hand should call u, that way played i would fold

I think you have to fold. Any hand that's playing straightforwardly has you beat, either because they slow played something, or because they hit two pair or a small straight on the end. A bluff doesn't make a whole lot of sense. They could have been playing a flush draw which didn't make it, but why would you c/r bluff instead of going direct? It seems like a crazy risk, particularly since he's seen three good sized bets from you, and if he wanted to bluff he would have to be expecting that third bet. My feeling is that you're almost certainly beat almost every time here.
