Default NL100 Extracting with a monster from the BB

Campobasso 0.50/1, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

Button ($31.05)
SB ($70.75)
BB Hero ($104)
UTG ($40.50)
UTG+1 ($23.65)
CO ($122.95)

Preflop: Hero is in the BB with 2 8
1 fold, UTG+1 calls 1, CO calls 1, Button calls 1, SB calls 0.50, Hero checks.

Flop (5.00) K 2 8
SB checks, Hero bets 4, UTG+1 raises to 8, 2 folds, SB calls 8, Hero calls 4.

Turn (29.00) 8
SB checks, Hero?

No reads.

First question, do you reraise the flop here? If it was just heads up against the short stack I would push, but the cold call of the reraise from the SB scared me.

On the turn I figured the short stack would just push with most of there range and then if the SB called I could reraise, and given the size of the pot compared to there stack SB would be forced to call with most of there holdings. Am I more likly to get SB's stack if I lead the turn for about 20 and put the all in on the river?

SB has a big hand, flat called a raise? You have the 2nd nuts here, bet 25. If you're up against KK (which you're 99.99999% of the time not), good hand. SB checked because he thinks there will be fireworks behind him (can you blame him...you bet and UTG+1 raised) and he can shove shove shove. If everyone folds, whatever, that's poker.

Oh, and coming over the top on the flop against a minraise and a smooth call on that benign drawless board...it's meh. I would simply because I have no idea what I'm up against. Make certain that SB flopped a monster by pushing short stack and seeing what SB does.
