Default My HORSE Structure

I am going to host a 16 player HORSE tournament. Starting stacks will be 5000. I have enough chips to handle the following breakdown which I think will work good.
25 - 8
100 - 8
500 - 6
1000 - 1

Instead of having timed rounds I am going to have everyone play 8 hands of each game before switching. This may call a small problem when we have to combine tables and when I have to even the tables out. There shouldn't be a great difference in the levels or games so I think it should work. Following is the structure. I modified the $2500 WSOP HORSE structure to slow it down a bit. Let me know what everyone thinks. Also, how long do you think this will last? Will I need to add additional levels???

The starting limits are too low. Starting with 100 BBs will make the first two levels essentially meaningless.

Just play the entire first round at 50/100 limit and the entire second round that 75/150. Even after this, you probably won't have lost any players.

In limit tourneys, you never lose any players in the first couple levels, unless they are complete maniacs. I'd base your structure on your favorite online site structure, since these events are meant to wrap up in 4-5 hrs.
