Default Basic preflop questions

I fear that I have some leaks in my preflop play. Probably they arent too big, but since preflop play is so repetitive, I fear they are cutting into my winrate. I'd very much appreciate your feedback on these questions:

1) Small Pairs + Suited Connectors in the blinds, against a button raiser: Which of these are you more likely to call? Out of position it will be usually quite hard to stack the raiser. Suited connectors leads to playing draws out of position, which is also not so easy.
What if there is some added money in the pot? Like an UTG raise + 2 callers. At which point does it become correct to call 75s etc... ?

2) Openraising small pairs like 44-22? It seems to be the standard for most players, because open-limping looks very weak etc... However I feel that the main value of these small pairs is in flopping sets against overpairs. If I raise my small pairs, the opponent with the overpair will 3bet me almost 100% and thus greatly decrease my overall profit on this set vs. overpair situation.

3) Getting 3bet with AQ,AJ or JJ,TT types of hands, and the opponent will be in position for the rest of the hand. Assume that the opponent is playing postfop equally well as you.
Do you feel like this is a 4bet or fold situation? What about AK?
