I feel like we may be taking KQ a little too far here, and we're out of position. When he calls the flop check-raise i dont really put him on anything less than AQ. Maybe I'm too tight...

I think you played it well although utg+1 does not seem quite as solid since he min-raises early on probably scared to induce later reraising for his low pocket pair or JQ, what did he end up having btw i'm pretty curious but yeah no way you can't be aggressive w/ your pair of Queens, K kicker when he's only min raised

villan turns out to have AQ.. once he call the river, i knew he had that hand.
so im really curious what everyone would have done on this hand

I lead the flop and then check/call the turn &amp; river, especially with the paired board. Assuming you do check-raise the flop, and he calls, I definitely check it, looking for a cheap showdown.

i think u overplayed this hand yes. i dont see him raising pre flop with JQ do u? i think the best u expect to see here is a split but more likely AQ. i think once he calls your reraise on the flop u should slow down a little.
