i don't play ring games just donkaments.. i've had moderate success at them with some 4/180 man wins and a 3200 3r cash recently. i've thought about making the switch from donkament to ring but i don't really know how the game changes and the amount of work necessary seems monumental especially if i get going down the wrong direction.

Read No Limit Theory and Practice by David Sklansky. Should get you going nicely.

The first year of my pro poker player carreer was pretty uneventful, I was concentrating mostly on SNGs at the time to grind out small profits every day while in school... In january I decided to take a year off and concentrate on poker.

In January I attended the Pokerstars Carribean Adventure and got a top50 finish that netted me ~17k - on my way home I also chopped the 320$ Wendesday 150k gtd on stars heads up for ~32k. I was on top of the world at the time.

I started playing more and more I'm a perfectionist and have about 50 different DBs... this is a pic of me running good (And yes it's Party but I guess it's a good thing that I'm canadian and have access to semi-easy money)

Most of this was just chassing losses that I had at 25/50... after awhile I found myself playing out my roll without even trying to establish myself at 5-10 - at 25k I decided to stop the madness and withdrew 20k to buy a piece of real estate convincing myself I could OWN 1-2 real quick and get back up. Well I couldn't stay motivated focussed enough and within days I was playing 2/4 3/6 underrolled - a few weeks later the unevitable happened.

I've grinded 200$ to 3k on Party since then (this month) but it's hard for me to motivate myself to play NL100 when I've played 25/50 before..

Asside from the money, I think the biggest benifit out of all this oppurtunity is to work with you - obviously having access to someone who knows so much about the game is a huge asset for anyone's game.

Reasons why I think you should pick me?

- I'm incredibly motivated, I live breathe poker.
- I think that not playing with my own money will force me to learn proper money management and I honestly think I have the skill to crush any game on party properly rolled

I hope you give me a chance,

Thanks
