Not too many people check/miniraise the turn with a draw. He would have to committ the majority of his stack to a semibluff with only one card to come OOP. That would be pretty ballsy. It certainly happens, but it seems a bit paranoid to think that it happens enough to make calling here profitable--especially since you would then pretty much be committed to calling the river as well. I think the only hand you beat here that _might_ play this way is AJ (maybe KJ). But honestly this is a set the vast majority of time. In fact, on a dry board, I check this turn most times. Even on a draw board, I check the turn probably about a third of the time and then call most rivers or bet if it's checked to me. This is an easy fold.
