Villain pretty much instacalled on flop and turn. I had pretty much 0 clue how to play this river with no reads. B/F, C/C, C/F? Any insight appreciated.

Please lead the flop, the board is drawy.

As played, the only you thing beat on the river is a whiffed flush or TJ. I'd check the river and call a small bet.

I think a C/R is fine but it should be bigger given drawy board. I hate leading into these tiny pots with sets. Is this wrong?

Lead the flop. Gotta start building it up. c/r tends to shut down the action. Leading out disguises the strength of your hand and you might get some raises too.

gonna go with the betting camp here. you need to build this pot, and plenty of people will play with you on this board. getting raised would make you really happy and people are going to take turns light here. definitely lead the flop. the turn is another "bet hard" situation.

As played on the river, you can vomit, and probably shut down.

I'd say yes. You make much more by betting + getting raised and you protect your hand from draws.
