Yes, its pretty much only micro games, as far as I can tell. $5 max buyin or something. Maybe you can request access to the bigger games?
And yes, GSN for rolls. I'll propose an open challenge, roundrobin style, any 5 games picked at random.

Sick, first bad beat of the night. Playing $1 buyin Free Cell, Medium difficulty, I misclick the double-click on the J to open up the 7 that is going to start the winning cascade, so I have to reclick. This costs me like 1 second max. I come in second in the tourny, here is the standings:
