Default AK in BB with raise & 2 cold callers

$70 live tournament – about 55 runners. Late in level 2 (50/100). I have around 3K chips (2500 starting stack) and have AKo in the SB.

UTG + 2 raises to 300, MP1 calls (I missed seeing this until later though… ooops. Was stacking my chips as the action was happening) and button calls.

Button & MP1 both solid & straightforward. I’m definitely ahead of the buttons range as he’d be raising monsters. The flatcall looks like a speculative hand he wants to play in position against UTG + 2, who has been raising a fair be pre-flop. My concern was his previous raises had all been in mid-late position, and I hadn’t seen him raise in EP before. One time when he raised and got no callers, he tabled AA, the other times I have no idea what he had.

I think I’m raising here – but to how much? 1K is probably not enough with 2 cold callers, right? 1500 commits me to calling a shove, so should I just be pushing my stack in here?

I think this is super-standard, but I am not sure I like how I played the hand, so I’d like some thoughts on it. I’ll reveal what I did later.

FWIW - 20 minute blind levels. Next level is probably < 5 mins away, which will be 100/200. The real killer is the jump after that to 200/400.

I raised to 1K, and UTG + 2 thought for a while & pushed (he had me slightly covered). MP1 & button fold.

Now it's on me. Calling 2K into a 6.5K pot = easy call, correct?

Just a thought - if I push, am I folding out hands I want a call from? (AQ, possibly AJ... it *is* live donks here). I don't mind flipping here, since a nearly 7K stack is pretty handy at this point in the tournament & live players are easy to push around.

If I push, I might fold out 88, 99 & TT, who I don't mind thinking they have FE & shoving over my raise?
