Notary Advice needed. Please help.

It depends on what's being signed but 10/sig is pretty standard at least for California it is. I'm a notary and my company put me through the class. I've never charged a single dime for any of my notary services.

Like i said before seems like these services charges vary greatly state by state. I have checked with my company HR, local Credit Unions, local Fedex Kinkos, local UPS store. EVERYWHERE its 10$/signature.

however, thanks to swingdoc, i found the final solution. Called up Bank of America and they said that for account holders there is no charge for notary services.

each state varies a bunch in the fees. In CA, $10/sig is standard.
