Default JJ on a paired board

3 handed 100bb stacks 3/6 nl.

button(18/14 fairly straightforward but can go on irratic bluffs for full stacks if his read is your weak.) opens for 20.

I call in sb with JJ. Ignore preflop as i feel its bad now. BB was a very bad possible squeezer.
BB folds.

flop it TT9 with a flush draw.
I donk for 38. Button raises to 95. I call.

turn is a 4 off suit.
I ???

I end up c/c 155. with 324 effective stacks for the river.

How did i play this hand post flop. Should i have lead the blank turn or let him bet. Should i c/r the turn all in. Bet/fold etc.?

Do i call a river shove on a blank?
