Still wondering how I can tell if my internt usage is being monitored. I work for a very very large corporation so I would be surprised if they took the time to track how long I am on this site.

Anyone have any experience with this stuff?

not sure how they can track usage, but....

if your company has a firewall they can see what websites are up against it
