This is (or at least should be) absolutely correct. However, in this case that's not the issue; Mr. Tilt demonstrated clear intent to muck his hand. In previous instances, he had mucked losers in exactly this fashion. That one card turned over demonstrating that he was, in fact, mucking the winning hand, does not change his intent. It's beautiful poetic justice, but that's not relevant to the ruling. He did not table his hand, had no intent to table his hand, and mucked. That kills his hand and hero wins the pot.

Phew - I'm glad I didn't post this in Middle Limit. However, if I did I would've added the 5-10 other "context" hands and the image of the EWP and my image, etc... this one hand, out of context, was suboptimal. I've been working on different aspects of my game, and for me, at this stage of my development, having the courage the trust my reads on the hand and play accordingly is more important. But again this is B&amp;M so I'll leave that for another thread.
