Default Question for the Web Gurus

Hello,

I have a question here regarding the value of a web site. The site is a PR5 recieves over 13,000 hits per month, 8,000 uniques and is un-monetized. It has over 300 backlinks. It has Adsense potential as well as merchandise sales potential.

What would you estimate is the value of this site?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

No info no url... pr5 domain is about 10-80$ imo. A lot depends on age.

You need to monitize it first or you're not going to get very much as in general people don't pay extra for website "potential". Why should I pay $2,000 for a site only to be it's guinea pig to see how much it's really worth (by placing adsense)? If you place adsense up and make $6/day you'll probably get $2,000 or more.

Josh,

Has info and URL. Has over 3000 diggs. Does this change the valuation?

I am sorry for being so vague given the current situation I cannot post the URL at this time.

Thanks

That is the minimum I'd pay, which is what you asked. I won't pay less than $1 because I think that's rude.

There's no content in this thread. I'm locking it.
